Took my car here for door damage. Vehicle was done sooner than expected, and was even surprised to see they did an inside/outside detailing of my car!! Very friendly staff, would 100% recommend

This is the 2nd time having Osceola body shop do some work on my vehicle. I chose them because they're good, fairly fast, has great customer service, easy to work with, prices are good, and you don't get your vehicle back dirty form repair dust & grease. They clean up your vehicle very nice before returning it. Very pleased.

They were great to work with! I hit a deer a week before going on vacation. I left my car with them, and they had it done in 10 days, before I even got home! I was worried that supply chain issues would delay the repairs, but they came through! They allowed me to pay electronically so that my car could be picked up so I would have it when I got back. It handles great. The finish looks great, and to top it off, the INTERIOR was detailed besides! Thank you to Chris and the office staff for making it a painless process!

Hit a deer with my wife’s vehicle and they fit me in as soon as they could. Filed my claim with my insurance company and had a lot of issues with them getting out to the shop and doing an inspection. The insurance company didn’t want to go out and inspect my vehicle. I called and talked with a manager from the insurance company and they had someone out there within 2 days. Osceola Auto Body kept me updated and sent any and all documents I asked for. They worked with my to clean the vehicle out when it totaled. They helped me get ever dollar that the vehicle evaluated at. Would recommend them for great customer service. Thanks!
