Keep looking! It may be worth going to Madison and more customer service minded locations that way. The owner was not friendly at all when I called to seek repairs. He dismissed me and didn't like that Geico was going to pay for the repair. I explained that this same vehicle was damaged in TX and went to a body shop 4 years ago after a baseball size hail storm and Geico paid it with no issues. He made it clear that he didn't want my business. I guess this small town shop does it however he wants and for the price they want. He quickly saw no issue in turning me down, despite me being willing to wait for an appointment. He also said he would not work with Safelite Auto Glass to come and replace my windshield.
