They do a good job! Wonderful staff and owner!

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but I was disappointed with the quality of work they did on my car. I had front end damage from hitting a deer, and the insurance company recommended this place. At first glance, the job looked good, but when I inspected it more closely, I noticed several problems. The front clip was not installed properly, some bolts were missing or loose. You can see these issues in the photos I attached. This is an auto body shop, so I expected more attention to detail and professionalism. The passenger side door also needed work, and now it does not close correctly. The only positive thing I can say is that the paint job and the trim were well done. However, I am concerned about the quality of the sub components that are not visible. I would advise anyone who uses this place to check their car carefully before leaving.

Very happy with this place. They did such a great job with the dent in my door I couldn't tell where the repair was done. Very friendly people and service. And a shoutout to the painter who took the time to stick around and explain what was done. There's a reason they are so popular.

Tom’s has an excellent reputation for good reason-turnaround may be “slow” but that’s cause he’s great!

Great job on the repair of my car!

Was very pleased with the work and charges from Tom’s collision in Delafield. Brought our Highlander in to get a quote for dent and paint repair to the passenger door. They provided a very reasonable quote and set an appointment to do the work in three weeks. Three weeks later I brought it in on the appointment date and they had it repaired in the three day timeframe they said they would. They also were able to fix another small dent/paint crack in other passenger door for a small additional charge. I’m glad they called and recommended to do it at the same time. Made a lot of sense and was far less than I I thought it’d be. Work came out great. Paint on the two doors matches and you cannot tell any body work was ever done. The folks at Tom’s met every expectation and commitment they made. Highly recommend them. While I hope I don’t need them anytime soon, I’d definitely use them again if I do.
