Clean spot with truck parking. Not alot of spots but not much of a local choice for drivers to park
Hi. Sorry to complain to you here, but thought I would try the curbside delivery. See, I am sick and didn't want to come in the store. I "arrived" 5 minutes early via phone app. I tried to be as patient as I could, but after "arriving" twice, 30 minutes apart, I tried calling TWICE and got no answer either. Then I finally went inside to find only one cashier and a long line of waiting customers. Two more cashiers DID make their way to the front around this time. I finally get up to the cashier (wearing a mask, which I HATE) and the kid told me I already picked it up. Eventually he found it on the pickup shelf by the side door. Problem solved, right? No. I get out to the truck, check the bag, and find out my $9 bag of soup isn't in there. So BACK in, got the soup, and an hour after I left, am finally back at home. Hope I didn't spread too many Covid germs along the way... đ I ask- what is the point of letting anyone know you have arrived for curbside pickup if there are no alerts? Or having a phone if nobody answers it? NOT a good experience...

Not a good experience there today!!! The store was not overly busy, compared to what I have seen. I was in need of a plastic spoon or fork from the dispenser, which was empty. I was unable to find any store employees other that the two at the registers. When I was checking out I asked the clerk AJ if he could help me. AJ immediately got in his radio and asked for someone to assist him/me. At which time he said to me he has already asked for that dispenser to be re-stocked which it wasnât. Before my transaction was completed, another female employee, not running a register came up to AJ and in front of me said âthere is only five of us here tonight and I donât have time to do thatâ, very rudely and quite disrespectful to AJ and again right in front of me, referring to getting me a fork or spoon. AJ (his badge said âin trainingâ was so shocked at what had just happened that he started to re-ring up my items which I had already paid for. After that interaction I simply left the store without a fork or spoon. I have never experienced anything like this at any other Kwik Trip that I can remember. I pass this store frequently, and think I will be stopping at either the store in Fennimore or Boscobell in the future.

I was all set for a camping trip only to find out that despite the website claiming there would be water available there wasn't. Fortunately Katie and her manager were very kind in helping me out to fill my water jug. Not only did Katie help find me a option to fill up but also went above and beyond and assisted me in the process as I was busy holding my jug she helped operate the nosel. Moreover she was super kind, friendly, and helped to make sure I had a fantastic camping experience with water to wash my dishes. Thank you very kindly Katie for going above and beyond to help make sure I had a fantastic camping trip. (As always I asked permission to post names).
