Absolutely horrible experience. We had a drive up order. When we went to pick it up, noone came out. My husband left that area to go inside the building and not one employee was paying attention to him. When they finally acknowledged him, he told them he's been waiting for over 20 min in the drive thru for an order. They had no idea who was working back there. Without even apologizing to him they told him to go back outside and wait again for his pick up order. He proceeded to get back in his car and wait AGAIN for another 10 min. This experience was absolutely horrible. Customer service sucked. They never even apologized for any inconvenience and when he thanked them for whatever little help they gave him, they didn't even acknowledge that. I'm disgusted. This is not the way I was trained when I worked for Farm and fleet. We will never do business there again.

Did a great job remodeling their store. Grand re-opening was fun
The worst store of them all. If you can't find something yourself don't ask the help. They don't know where it is either.

Kind of messy and unorganized. Waited around then tried to find help to buy chicks and I couldn't find anyone to help. The one person I did find said they don't deal with that.
