Great fast service! Got me in same day I called and got me back on the road home. Prices for parts and labor about average, lower labor hourly rate than dealership. Very happy!
They said precisely two words to me the entire time I was there for a pre scheduled oil change. “Keys?” And “$55.28”. The change took between 55 minutes and a hour, with two cars entering and exiting during that time (I was the only person waiting in the shop, one of the cars was dropped off before I arrived and and the other car was dropped off while I was there). They never gave me a time estimate (again they literally said two words to me the entire time) and I don’t even think they looked at me when I paid. The young female customer that came in was met with smiles jokes and laughter by the workers, and there was no indication that they had a prior relationship with the customer based on what was said. I felt I was not treated with respect but I came for an oil change and that’s what I got, and I have no indication that they do poor work, which is why I gave 3 stars.
Great service at a great price! Very pleased!
Broke down passing through Platteville and Garveys got me in to replace my alternator and I was on the road in less than 3 hours. Let my dog wait with us in the waiting room instead of in the car in negative temps. Super reasonably priced.
Great work and honest prices. Thanks for taking care of my kids cars while they are at college.
