I was happy to have a new van to drive the kids around. But it BROKE DOWN on the highway less than 24 hours after purchase. warranty was not offered and they convinced us into an older car because they couldn't find the title to the original vehicle that we were buying. It may be good to drive in downtown dubuque but could not make it up hills and engine blew out twice. Luckily my kids weren't in there and aren't stranded in a new town! They did offer help! I was happy that we could get a tow and they'd cover it and then we called back and told them the price and they said they can't get it to back to dubuque. Terrible customer service on Keith's part. Don't come here to buy a car if you don't have extra finances to fix what shouldn't be broken.
