Quality work, friendly and honest people, and for me a convenient location. I work in auto claims and I've ONLY heard about positive experiences...that's exceedingly rare. Gold Stars for Sparkle!!
Horrible experience

Good price for the repair, professionally accomplished
The last time I went to Sparkle Auto Body, the lady in customer service was very nice and she gaves me the estimation without 10mn and fixed my car there within 1 week. Yesterday was terrible customer service. The guy was just sitting there, he don't want to talk, he don't want to move his a$$ from the chair, and he showed zero interest to service me!!. Terrible customer service!
Honestly I have never been to an auto body in My life but this shop exceeded My expectations tenfold. I worked with Justin and he was so amazing! I had a hard time with My insurance and basically He took the reins and I didn’t have to do literally anything. The car rental picked Me up from the shop and I didn’t even have to return the vehicle. They literally took care of everything from my insurance, (who I couldn’t even get in contact with) to the rental car, all the way to including fully detailing My vehicle INSIDE AND OUT before returning My car to Me. My car literally looks better than when I received it brand new. I don’t know how that is possible but Sparkle did it! Ten stars from Me. I will be back and I will definitely be recommending this Auto Body!!
