Very professional and Trustworthy!
Ward 1 Automotive is amazing. Late on a Friday afternoon, while driving on the highway, my car had troubles. I got off the highway and began calling garages to see who could help. Each place said no, they were too busy, and between night coming soon and the cold, it was a scary situation. But when I called Ward 1 Automotive, Julie offered to ask the owner if they could take a look to see what it might be. They all did more than that -- they referred me to a tow truck service and then kept the office open until someone could come pick me up. And still more -- I'd filled my little car with furniture and cookware, looking forward to Thanksgiving. Everyone pitched in to Tetris it all back into my ride's car! My family and I will be forever grateful to them and highly recommend them for kindness and professionalism.
You want honesty, integrity, and a fair price, this is the only place to go. They are the best and the only place I trust
Ward 1's have done their best on my conversion van. They have been extremely kind and transparent about what is and isn't possible on my machine from 1987

I am very pleased with everyone at Ward 1 Automotive. Julie was my first contact, she was friendly, informative and professional. Then when I took my car in, I met John and Josh and Jimmer. All super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will be using them for all future needs of my car. So happy to have them in Deerfield. Thanks for such a great experience in every way.
Great people there, friendly and helpful. John and Josh are very knowledgeable and Julie is always a friendly face when you walk in.
