I brought my car in, not knowing exactly what was wrong, and Howard Motors did a free exam of my car! The gentleman was very nice and did not roll his eyes at me once! I also did not get the attitude women get from mechanics! That is a huge deal for me! I DEFINITELY recommend this car repair shop and will be going back for other issues! Thank you Howard Motors, you did not treat me like a stupid woman!

Phil was amazing and did an incredible job fixing my car. He was super fast and had my car ready within a day of dropping it off. He took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my car as well as what he did to fix it. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Phil and Howard Motors. The team at Howard Motors is incredible. They provide honest and fair services and really take the time to educate and make suggestions on what is needed. Phil even took the time to help my daughter understand her new vehicle, show her around some things to keep an eye out for and made her feel empowered vs uneducated. We are both grateful for their offerings and feel confident in honesty every time we bring in our vehicles!

My car wasn't starting so I had it towed to this place to have it worked on. They had been working on it on and off for five days or so, and they tell me that it's able to start, but it takes about 10 seconds for it to do so. Also, the RPM gauge wasn't functional, and then one of their mechanics told me that there was something wrong with the crank shaft and that in order to address that issue, I may need to get the whole engine replaced. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. They got to it and fixed within a few hours before they called me to let me know to come and pick it up. It drives awesome now, the RPM gauge works, and there is no stalling when I turn the ignition. To think I would've been talked into spending over a $1,000 in addition to everything else! It cost me $139 for the service from the other guys. Careful of these guys, you may be getting ripped off. That or they just don't know what they're doing. Either way, reconsider.

Staff were respectful and informative. Very quick turnaround on general maintenance. Even let me drive in for a quick check when a warning light came on months later. Great service and fair pricing!
