Courteous and professional. They got me in same day, took care of a leaking tire in about 30 minutes, and I was on my way. Great service!

First time and last! Had a parking brake light on. After an hour and a half they called me and said they didn't know what was wrong, and told me I would havd to take it to a different shop. When I went to pick up the car, they charged me $241.00. very shady way to do business. You always hear about auto shops ripping off customers, here is a perfect example.

Josh. You were charged for 1.5 hours of labor at $142.50. That equals $213.75 plus taxes which came to a final of $225.51. When the vehicle came in it had multiple codes stored in history (U3003-17, U3003-16, C2007-13, C2008-13, B1111, C2008-91) The technician then cleared the codes and road tested. None of those codes came back but there was code for the parking brake that was active. We swapped the wiring harnesses for the electronic parking brake from side to side, but that made no difference, so we swapped them back. At that point we disassembled the rear brakes that you had changed prior to coming in, only to find that you put both inner brake pads on the same side and both outer brake pads on the other side. At that point we disassembled the rear brakes and reassembled correctly. We then attempted to recalibrate the E-Brake system once we knew the rear brakes were assembled correctly but found our scan equipment will not communicate with the module. We told you to go to the Ford Dealership for the calibration as they will have the right equipment to handle that. So, once again, we charged you an hour and a half to do all of what was mentioned above. Seems fair to us. If you're going to complain, at least put all of the facts out there.

Men in parks always do good work and are very courteous. I feel like I can leave valuables in my car and they will not disturb them while they work on my car. Very trustworthy. Good price too

I've been coming to Parks for my regular vehicle maintenance for years and they always do a great job. This last time I was there I'd asked them about a noise I was concerned about. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they referred me to the dealer to get it fixed FOR FREE. Turns out there was a recall on the part. You can't beat the small town honesty and helpfulness of these guys.
