Just moved here and my front cv axle went out in the middle of a busy intersection. Not being familiar with any of the businesses yet, I just called the first tow place I found. It turned out to be the best place I could have called! The tow truck was there within minutes and it turned out they have a repair shop as well. Ryan repaired my car and did an excellent job for a very reasonable and fair price. We are so happy to have found such a friendly, honest place for excellent mechanic work and have since taken our other vehicle there for some work as well. Highly highly recommend! Update: 2/9/2024 Just has my transmission replaced and I am very happy with the work. Mark was very upfront on what work needed to be done, pricing and communicated well with me. He did an excellent job and my car runs like new! I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else. Best in the Fox Valley! It's such a Godsend to have a reliable, honest, fair and knowledgeable place to get any repairs done.

Poor communication with customers and poor communication between Accel locations. Frustrating back and forth with diagnosing issues. I sincerely regret bringing my vehicle here.

Was recommended by a friend and they will be my go to shop from here on out. Have had to take my car in twice in the last few months for repairs, once for a busted tie rod and once for a brake and rotor that needed replaced. Never once felt pressured for unnecessary repairs. Both times they were able to diagnose and fix the issue the same day they were able to get me in. The pricing was beyond reasonable and fair and everyone I spoke to from making the appointment to bring it in to the mechanic was incredibly nice and professional!

My Semi truck just stopped working on a dangerous off-ramp on 10/41. Alex showed up and saved the day. I was back on the road within 15 minutes and I couldn’t have been happier. Hopefully I’m never in that situation again, but I know who I would call if I needed to. Thanks!
