We had an issue with our vehicle while driving on highway 10 on our way to Minnesota for a wedding. We initially tried calling a different auto shop in Marshfield and were told they didn't have any availability but recommended Draxler's - I'm very glad they did. Travis got us in right away and their techs found the issue quickly, one of our brake pads had started to break apart and was hanging up on the rotor. They were able to get new pads and rotors delivered in about 15 minutes and had them swapped over in about an hour after that. To top things off, they came in under their quoted price and let us use one of their vehicles so we could get lunch for us and our kids while we waited. Top notch service and couldn't have been nicer to work with. If we lived any closer they'd have us as new regular customers. Thanks again for saving our trip!

These people are rude. If you don't want to be called on the weekends then don't advertise emergency towing. They towed my car and are holding and won't take payment.

May 23, 2023We do 24 hour towing. We do not have a 24 hour towing office. If you had money to pay the tow when the tow was done we could have taken your car anywhere. You did not have the money when you called for service. Then you asked my wife to come to the shop on a Saturday to help you. When she got there you made threats to call the cops. You worked on your car on our property after being told not to. We will be happy to release your car with payment on Monday morning after 8 AM.
Daughter had car towed from Marshfield to your shop had to pay just shy of $500 for you to release the car. What type of a rip off are you running.

May 23, 2023Your daugter had her car towed to our shop on a Saturday. Our towing service is open on weekends, our shop is not. She called several times insisting we come out and let her get things out of her car. My wife did and your daughter verbally abused her and threatened to call the cops on her. Your daughter also asked if someone could work on her car in our lot and was told no, our insurance does not allow that. She had her boyfriend come out and try working on it anyway. She then came back again with a trailer and wanted to pick her car up after she was told we were closed until Monday. Your daughter was charged for the tow, gate fee, and administration fee accordingly. You and others have given us a bad review on her behalf. Maybe if you would raise her to adult, she would treat people with respect.
