Had my car for an hour and a half couldn't give me a time of when they were going to be done running the diagnostics.. I was almost late to work because of that.. I was told the diagnostic would be free then they told me it was going to be $60 and when I asked for a receipt they told me no it was in fact free.. I took my car to Firestone they had the problem solved in about an hour and my car was fixed and ready within a couple days
