Anything car related, when you don't know much about cars, can feel intimidating and vulnerable. It's hard to know whom to trust and whether you're being sold a bill of goods. Well, I got several bids and, not only was Obasi's the lowest, but I just immediately trusted him. He was patient, kind, understanding, clear and honest with me from the start. The work he did is absolutely perfect and the experience was terrific. I would recommend him in the highest possible terms.

Out Auto Body is top notch, and Obasi is the man! I was involved in a pretty minor collision that turned into a massive headache related to insurance/money. Imagine that?? I called close to ten other Madison shops, and they all either gave me the runaround or straight-up ignored my presence. I reached out to Out Auto due to their great reviews, and I am happy to say I can leave my own 5-star review as well. Obasi was incredibly kind and straightforward from start to finish...he laid out a detailed plan with honest pricing...and, even on an older vehicle like mine, the bodywork itself was the work of an artist. And even when he found additional items that needed fixing, he let me know right away and did his best to keep costs within reason. If I could give Obasi 10 stars, I would. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Juan is a fantastic mechanic. I happened to be right by his shop when my Ford escape stopped being able to accelerate. He diagnosed the issue immediately, ordered the part and had it fixed two days later. Went above and beyond in every way. Extremely lucky to have found this place. Highly recommend.

I took my car here for an estimate after an accident. Obasi the owner is amazing. He is down to earth, super chill, and worked with me to get my claims settled by calling the insurance company. My car was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I am pleased with the service and personal touch he provided throughout the process. This business is like what businesses used to be a local shop owner who let's you know what is needed without excessive costs or expenses. I highly recommend him if you need autobody car repairs. He is a solid individual.
