Avoid if possible. Had a fender replaced after an accident and less than three years later it began to rust (no other rust on my car). Staff were highly resistant on repairing again despite their “lifetime warranty”. Once repaired fender again began rusting less than three years later despite being garage kept and minimally driven. Again, staff initially refused to repair again stating “that’s what happens when you live in Wisconsin.” After working with their corporate office, fender was replaced again but received significant attitude from desk staff. Driving away I noticed a very audible rattling from that fender area. Returned and they told me that it was my suspension making that noise that really my car wasn’t safe to drive and there was nothing they could do. Brought my car elsewhere to have it checked out and the suspension was fine, but the noise was coming from the lack of fasteners attaching the wheel well plastic to the fender. The few fasteners that were attached were inappropriate for the role. Normally I’m pretty understanding but the sheer incompetence here is astounding. Will be following up with the BBB and my insurance to file formal complaints.

Didnt have particularly good luck with my visit as my bumper change out became a bit more complicated and took significantly longer than expected. Mostly because of the type of car I drive not because of business incompetence. After a short time of frustration and speaking to the manager she gave a much clearer reason as to why they needed to hold the car longer then originally thought. Overall she was very understanding and was able to clear out the situation. Kudos to the manager i spoke to

This from Faizon wife since he can't reply with his account.Thanks for your reply Gerber. Google doesn't let me reply back to that other post so I posting another one. Holly the General Manager did call me last night before they closed and told me I can't call them or text or show up there and wait for her call and she will call me back when its done and it should be done by afternoon time tomorrow. ITS ALREADY AFTERNOON TIME. Where I am from afternoon time is 12pm thats what Google says too if you search it up. Since I can't call them or text or show up there can I get the phone number to your corporate and talk to someone there for an accurate response on to when will it be done for pickup because this is ridiculous amount of timing every time I ask when It will be done they say afternoon time. Also the tracking website that tells you an estimate time is always off too!

I don't recommend this place to anyone its turned into a nightmare! After my wife got into a accident we got a call from them to repair the car after I reported the accident with state farm. When I got the estimate cost to repair it was lower than after they opened it up and it was more which is understandable but when they told me that it will take take 1 week to week and half that was complete B.S. I got a text from them saying that the bumper was received then I called them the day it was estimated to be completed by app and I was told its going to take longer because the bumper didn't come in yet. So then again I called and they ordered the wrong bumper MULTIPLE TIMES!?!? HOW DO YOU ORDER WRONG PART MULTIPLE TIMES!

I would give 4.5/5 stars (see below); Google does not allow ½ stars so I’ll round up to 5! The body work and customer service were both excellent! Much quicker availability than other shops I called, and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Once my vehicle was deemed total loss and I decided to pay OOP, Bubba worked with me to customize what/how it was repaired. I also appreciated the frequent text updates. The only minor issue (reason for a "4.5") was that once I drove away I quickly noticed the blinker of the headlamp that was replaced (one small part of a lot of otherwise great work done) did not work. I confirmed that neither blinker or headlamp worked, checked fuses, etc. I called them and they fixed it that same day (turns out the pins in the electrical connections didn't quite line up). I was very satisfied with the quickness that they resolved the issue, but ideally the lights should have been checked before releasing the vehicle. Not a big deal, just a minor hiccup to an otherwise great experience and excellent work.

If I could leave a ZERO 0 rating I would. Horrendous service: lies and more lies the whole month long they had/have my vehicle. I'm posting this at the risk of the shop holding my car hostage in return for my review. The shop waited almost a week to touch my car even though when I called before and spoke with Holly the shop manager I was told they did not have a back-log. Updates were all lies and inaccuracies, from whether parts were in, to sending a supposed quote to their main office, and even if it had even been on the rack to be inspected. I can't believe how horrible this experience has been. DO NOT GO TO GERBER!!
