Gee! I don't know why it took me so long to write this review, but here I go. :-) Paul, Dave, and all the people at Midway are just amazing people. They not only take care of your car well, they make sure you are getting the best prices and values. The best that I can describe them is they all having very caring hearts, are very community and people minded, and they truly want to do the best for all of their customers. I used to go to Timber and left because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I found Midway and right from the beginning I knew I had found a gem. I recently had to go to Timber because Midway was closed, and I am convinced beyond anything that Midway is my place. I want to recognize Paul, Dave, and Judy for all the hard working, tenacious, caring, people that they are. I know so many say thank you, and sometimes that doesn't feel like enough. But I say a BIG Thank You, and I mean it from the bottom of my heart!

Good deals on tires

Spent over $1k for work. A problem came up with the work done. With no time to stop in, days and weeks of calling, leaving messages, and no return calls. Another shop fixed the problem.

Walked us through everything with excellent detail and even had us come back to show us what he was explaining. We will most definitely be going back to Paul and his crew. Nice to have someone who will show you everything and be straight forward and then let you decide what you want to do from there.

Could not have asked for better service! We had a brake line split on a vehicle when on vacation. Midway got it fixed and accommodated pick up. Will definitely call them first from now on!

Great experience with my Diesel (Ford 6.0 liter), though he does gas vehicles too. Highly recommended! I had oil cooling problems (introduced by the last person to service my truck) and Paul diagnosed it and fixed it (have since towed my heavy trailer 600 miles and everything works great). I had the possibility for a catastrophic problem, and I knew it; but he didn't over-diagnose my problem and kept his quote to fixing what was really wrong and not what wasn't. The service experience was better than I ever encounter. I was texted a portal link to along-the-way photos and descriptions about the repair. I know some about diesel trucks, enough to know when the mechanic knows what they are talking about and Midway Automotive earned my full trust in knowledge, ability to diagnose, ability to fix, ability to stay fixed. He made sure to use parts that had good warranties so if I were to encounter a problem down the road I would be covered (unlikely as the service was so good ... and after 600 of heavy towing miles all is still great). To further give great service, after I left town, (he knew I was leaving and not coming back but he did not take that as an opportunity to cut corners), he texted me days later (after I had towed 500 miles) to make sure everything was still good. He could have washed his hands of me when I drove away, but he went above and beyond with his level of service. I can't say enough good.

We found ourselves in need of an automotive shop to look at our car. Being from out of state, we contacted the nearest shop, Midway Automotive, Inc and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed. They got us in quickly, assessed the issue, and got us on our way the next morning; honest with what needed to be done and didn't overcharge us! I wish they were located where we live as I would take my cars to them every time! Thank you, Paul and your mechanics for a job well job.

I needed to get a last minute oil change as I was traveling for work, and Paul and his crew were able to not only get me an appointment within the hour, but were able to get me in an out extremely quickly. He also took the extra care to look up my vehicle and give me an honest quote ahead of time so I could know what I should be expecting and also gave my car a thorough inspection and report that was texted to me (super convenient). Super honest and helpful family-owned business. If I'm ever in the area again and need service, I know who I'm calling!
