My fiancé and I went to Farris Auto to get a new car after mine was totaled. We chose to go here because from the get go, even over the phone, John was honest, upfront, and made us feel secure. On arrival, we worked with Chris and test drove two vehicles. Chris was amazing, honest, and genuine. We felt no pressure to make a decision which is SO DIFFERENT from other car places. Chris answered any and all questions we had with great knowledge. We ended up buying a car and could not be happier. Just to show how honest these guys are: I got a cashiers check for $0.50 over what they were asking… as we were leaving, Chris flagged me down and handed me fifty cents! Can’t recommend Farris Auto enough!

Happy to work with this company. I was searching for a quality car after the one i was driving got totaled. I found a used toyota that they had on the lot. It wasn't a show car, but it has been nothing but mechanically rock solid. when a wheel bearing went out after the warranty, they worked with me and gave me 1/2 off for the total bill! they didn't have to do it, but they went ahead and did it anyways. I was really impressed with their willingness to answer questions about a old Toyota after I already purchased the car. Most companies wouldn't even give me the time of day after a sale! There is a great team that runs this place and I would be happy to buy another car from them.
Sold me a car that has since in the last 5 months had several mechanical problems affecting drivability. I did reach out and you offered to fix one of the issues for $400 an issue no one claimed could be heard till I brought it into your shoo. The other rubbing issues in front wheels and coolant smell was I guess overlooked or not important.
