Had my truck in for repairs. These people are very easy to work with. They did excellent repair work, went above and beyond repairing other items, and returned the truck to me looking better than before the damage occurred. Hats off to Madison Street Auto Body
Absolutely horrible service! If I can give a zero star I would. Came in for quote and asked the front receptionist for a quote for my front fender. Was stated "CANNOT do that for you!"...wait, what!? Why? Are you backed up? Falling behind? On lunch? Was completely surprised by the statement and attitude as if I interrupted him eating his donut. He looked at his papers and I stated you know what, since you can't do it, I'll go somewhere else. Was just absolutely shocked especially after reviewing ratings. Took my business across the street to Superior Auto body.
I have worked with them a couple of times and always been highly satisfied with their work as well as their prices. Great place for your auto body repairs! I also appreciated that they were very aware of and took proper COVID precautions. Update: needed their help again with a really minor issue. As always they were helpful, super friendly, and did a great job!
If I could give Madison Street Auto Body 10 stars I would. Excellent Body work! After getting t-boned at an intersection I didn't think my car would ever be the same again. Mark and Kathy were so kind and helpful and my car is perfect again! I will never take my cars anywhere else! Highly recommend!
