Been bringing my cars here for a while, always nickle and dimed me, but this last go around was what drew the line. I stopped taking my cars in and just doing repairs myself. Well I went to change my oil and the last place I had an oil change was at rpm, for one they used power tools to tighten the oil plug, 2, the put the wrong oil filter in,3 they didn't lubricate the o ring on the oil filter so now its stuck and I've gone through 4 tools and still can't get it off. Never again will I take a car to these clowns
Jason the owner of RPM is so honest and outgoing with his customers. I will never take my car anywhere else to have it worked on. He also is more reasonable with his pricing then anyone I have checked with. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing maintenance or repairs on their vehicles.
We've had several vehicles in the garage for oil changes, New tires on two vehicles. They have had to run diagnostics to find the problem and fix it. He has become our new mechanic. I highly recommend this shop.
