We were greeted with a very nice and helpful gal from service dept. She took care of a couple issues we talked about. Our oil change and tire rotation was quick and efficient. Couldn't ask for better service!!
I was very happy and surprised how well I was treated. They got me right in, took care of every problem, and a wonderful man who worked there went above and beyond and had helped to pass the time with great conversation. I felt very welcomed and they were professional, giving me quotes for each need, quickly, efficiently and professionally. I will go back again for my next oil change and other needs.
My car was finally in your shop for two to three days, two weeks ago getting a new transmission.. I’ve haven’t heard anything thing from the Service Department since it scheduled work. My car has been sitting in your lot for over 8 months waiting for a workable transmission. So I’m kind of anxious to hear if the third transmission they installed is a good one, so I can start driving my car. The other two failed, the second one was bad before it left the shop. Concerned Customer.
We had a wonderful , amazing and informative time with Lucas Hanson. The shop workers figured out all the problems for our van and didn’t give up until they found the root cause. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them for anyone needing their vehicle repaired.
