John H was very helpful in getting me another car so I could get my mother reliable transportation.
If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! He was supposed to change out my oil pan, but left me with a LEAKING oil pan and a BROKEN EXHAUST MANIFOLD. Now my vehicle has thousands of dollars of repairs that need to be done! DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR REPAIRS. He started off as genuine, but totally screwed me over! BEWARE!

Fixed my valve cover gasket then never reconnected my engine air mass plug .. I had to unplug the other side and plug it back in to fix the rest of the problem. He’s very horrible at timing management. Says he will be somewhere at a certain time then has you waiting all day to just come look at it . Personally I will not be returning.
I had a fuel sending unit break while down to the Appleton area on a Saturday to do some shopping. Home is 200 miles away in a different state. I called Appleton Affordable Auto. Dwight came, diagnosed the problem. I offered to have my vehicle towed to a shop. He said don't waste the money and he would replace it right on the spot at a local parking lot. He repaired it on the spot with the best work ethic I've seen in a long time. Even when it didn't want to come apart, he didn't give up and stayed focused to get it done. Price was very reasonable for an emergency Saturday repair. Super fast service too. If I have any other vehicle repairs needs in the Appleton Area he is my only call.
Tried getting my transmission done never heard anything back from him
