I called to make a appointment to have my transmission cooling lines replaced in early October. Said they could not get me in until the 20th. So I dropped off my truck and next day they called and confirmed exactly what was wrong and quoted me a price and asked if I still wanted it fixed. ($755) I said yes. They told me they would have to order the parts and it would be another 2 weeks before they could fix it. I said ok and after the two weeks was up they called and said there was a delay on the parts and and it would be possibly be another two weeks before they could fix my truck. Long story short I did not get my truck back until October 13th Almost one full month they had my vehicle and I asked about a loaner car they said they did not have one for me as they gave them to other people. I more than likely would not go back here again.
Expensive
In and out fast. Car drives like new. Much cheaper than the dealership quoted me!
Fast service, able to get a loaner car. Good pricing.
