Very helpful fixing my snow blower tire!!

They were able to fix my brake line over the holiday weekend for Thanksgiving even though they were not technically open. Very reasonable for the work done and was able to safely drive back home. Very family owned business owner, Thank you for the peace of mind.

Absolute ripoff. We took our SUV to have the head gasket replaced, that was replaced and they were paid. However, was and then as the owner was driving it home to us he hits a deer and causes even more damage. Tells us that he will repair the vehicle for free, but he doesn’t. Tells us that it’ll be ready in a week or two and it takes months. We finally get the suv back and it broke down within a few days, we took it to a different mechanic and was told that it was a faulty head gasket which was just replaced. We were out 3,000.00 and we had to sell the vehicle for 500.00 because of the extensive damages and repairs that were supposed to be replaced. I’d upload a copy of the invoice but I never got one from the owner and everything was cover dated through his wife over Facebook messaging.

I left my vehicle at precision auto for three weeks and reached out several times to get a diagnosis and quote for repairs. During that time I was upsold on services I didn't want and never actually got a diagnosis or quote for the work I did want done. Furthermore, I had an entire front end suspension installed by precision auto earlier in the year, and discovered several loose bolts on vital suspension components causing the vehicle to be out of alignment. How an auto repair shop missed a fairly obvious safety concern is beyond me. If I could park my vehicle at a shop for months at a time and didn't care about my personal safety, then I'd have more work done here. If you value your vehicle and safety, go somewhere else.

Great experience. Steve and his wife Courtney are amazing people. Highly recommend this place for all your U-Haul /moving or car troubles.

Rude....yells at customers....4 months, no bill, no running vehicle, lost our keys, do not recommend going there!!
