I'm new to the area and a mom I just met by the pool recommended Pallo's to me when I asked for a suggestion. They fixed my brakes today, and the service was great -- informative, friendly, comfortable, respectful (not always the case for women being served at an auto repair shop). After I'd left with my vehicle, the owner called back because he was concerned that one of his mechanics maybe hadn't completed the repair perfectly. I came right back, he took two seconds to check it (it had been done right), then he thanked me and told me it would give him peace of mind. He was also respectful of his mechanic (who I think was young and thought he'd done it correctly but then doubted himself a little). I was obviously grateful that the owner would do that so I will know I can trust that they will keep me safe even if some customers would be annoyed by the inconvenience of coming back. Love the humility and thoroughness over any sort of pride! Definitely recommend after the service today!

So I made a appointment with them last week because my car wasn’t running right. I had my car towed up there the day they said I should bring it for the appointment. I get it dropped off that morning, just for me to call them and they state they haven’t even looked at it yet. They call me the next day which is Friday to tell me what was wrong with it and told me if they fixed what they stated that would solve the issue. So I get a rental car to get through the weekend since they said it would be ready Monday. I call Monday evening and they say it isn’t ready yet and they swear by Tuesday. So I exited my rental and they call me Tuesday to tell me it’s ready. I drive my car and a day later the issues come back. They then want to tell me it’s something else and to go to someone they would refer me to. I call the shop they referred me to and they said that’s not the issue. I call them back because I’m out of 700 dollars and my car is running the same way it was before. They don’t return my calls to help figure this out and I now will be filing a dispute with the bank to get my money back since they didn’t not fix the problem. Had to take my car to the dealership and they found out what is was and it was nothing that he said or fixed so I have to pay them even more for services when he could’ve left my car alone if he knew he couldn’t fix it. I’m without a car for another weekend and have to get another rental. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Raul was extremely kind and detailed in explaining the electrical problems I was having with my car. Thankful for his great service and will be happy to return in the future.
