Beware of time estimate for work to be done. Vehicle went in for a fender replacement due to rust. Chris wrote the estimate of 3.3 hrs paint labor and 2.2 hrs for body. Stated about 2-3 day turnaround time. Vehicle went in on a Tuesday morning and did not get the vehicle back until Wednesday of the following week - 8 days. After being in their shop for a couple of days, I get a call on Thursday starting the estimate was wrong and an additional 110 needed to be added because they missed the bumper cover removal in their estimate.

May 2, 2024Good afternoon, I apologize about the thoroughness of the estimate we; we are only human and there are errors we do make or light oversights that’s why it’s just an estimate and we only get the correct repair amount after the vehicle is torn down because there are a plethora of things that can be hidden behind what’s damaged and dealing with rust vehicles don’t always come apart as intended, being withing 10%-20% of an initial estimate is very acceptable in the collision industry,t if you have additional concerns please feel free me directly at 715 852 2422 Eric Stelter

The folks at Markquart were courteous and competent. Their workmanship is excellent. They’ve always been my go to/ get it fixed place. They never disappoint. I highly recommend this body shop. This job was done right and on time. They really care about their customers and they take pride in their work.
