Everyone at Caliber Collision was professional and friendly. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. When the repairs were completed, my vehicle looked like new.

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collison. Matt and other representatives kept me updated about my vehicle. Teri is so sweet and patient. She kept me informed about updates and answered and explained thoroughly the forms online when I had questions or concerns. Communication over the phone and computer went specularly well! Also, they not only fixed my back bumper, they took the extra time to clean the inside of my car, thank you so much! I will definitely use their service again if ever needed again 😀

Car was returned like new and sooner than promised - excellent customer service and communication. My service advisor, Matthew, even did his best to recommend cost-saving tactics. He made a pretty stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend Caliber!

Calibur Collision was a wonderful experience. Customer Service and the shop manager are warm and professional to work with. My experience with Calibur Collision is the way Customer service should be/used to be. A great shop, lovely to work with.
