We were traveling for a family trip and our rental car broke down. They went above and beyond in getting us a new car from the airport and returning the old one, even with terrible communication from the rental car company! Great people who really take care of those who need them! Our driver was out all night just to make sure we had a car. Thank you so much!

I was in a roll-over crash a few weeks ago where I was ejected. I'm so incredibly thankful to be alive and healing. I'm working on getting my life back together, and reached out to the tow company. This company was SO HAPPY to hear MY voice, bc my car would suggest I might not have made it. They don't even know me, so that meant the world to me, as I'm struggling very much emotionally through things. I also found out that the tow truck driver waded in and out of that flooded ditch just trying to retrieve any of my personal belongings. Again, I'm just a body that he isn't connected to at all, but HE DID that, on his own. And I'm so very grateful. I'm embarrassed that my cheating, soon to be ex husband, took this opportunity to harass and hurt the company for no other reason than to gain access to my car to sell for parts and make a profit while I'm learning how to live one hour to the next. Thank you so very much to Jiggers and all involved in that company. My heart is a little more full bc of your kindness and grace.

I got into a situation where I got stuck I was having a hard time getting out. A good samaritan that stopped to help me, he called Jigger towing. They said they would be there within an hour. We were able to get unstuck ourselves. Called them back explained that we got out they were polite professional. Will be calling them in the future. The lady that did the dispatching for Jagger is very professional. Thank you!

Had a driver break down in Chilton and they came towed it and fix it immediately. High recommended and wish they were closer to Sheboygan Co.
