We had our Uhaul break down in the last 100 miles of a 1700 mile trip... Uhaul called out Jake's Quality Repair and he arrived within the time given by the operator (we were about an hour away). He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it even though he didn't have the exactly right tools for the job. But was able to use what he had to make the fix and fix it properly. Within 20 minutes of his arrival we were off on our way to finish our 24 hour drive. His punctuality, knowledge, and professionalism was much appreciated. 5 stars.
