I had a lot of problems with how my car was restructured and I came to just get my rotors replaced. The workers fixed the other issues they ran into without question. I am super pleased with my service!

Got a massive oil leak during some unusually cold weather. They were very busy but told me to drop off my Jeep and they would get it in. 4 DAYS later I'm back on the road. They even cleaned up all the oil that had covered the engine. They also saved me money on a future repair that was coming up and did that while they were at it 👍

My car has a bad brake line so I called these guys because they came highly recommended by everyone I talked to, including my father even. They were super busy and couldn't get my car in until August 10th but they wanted me to drop it off on the 9th so I did. 15 minutes later I get a call from Russ informing me he can't work on my vehicle because it smells like cigarette smoke; now I am a heavy smoker but I have NEVER run into this issue before or ever heard of it happening to anyone else. At any rate whatever, they have the right to refuse service for whatever flimsy reason they can create I guess. What really upsets me (and trust me I'm being very cool about this right now and leaving out all the expletives) is the fact that I booked my car to be serviced with them 3 weeks ago back in July. They might have mentioned that smoking was such an issue right away and not wasted 3 WEEKS of my time! Very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time and money (since I don't like driving a car without fully functional brakes I had to count on friends, family, and co-workers for transportation, I also moved out $700 from my stock account to cover the expenses...there's fees for that, etc.). Anyways I will never attempt to use these guys again and if anyone ever brings up Skyway Repair I will be sure to tell them this unfortunate and very true story. Side Note: I would have given 0 stars but apparently that isn't an option.
