Excellent experience today. Brakes went out in my car so I needed a tow to the shop. Used Roadside Assistance through my insurance and they contacted this company. Although it took a long time because he isn't close to where I live, I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of service and how knowledgeable he was while helping me troubleshoot a bit. Super respectful of my vehicle and making sure it wouldn't get scratched by branches while high up on the bed of his tow truck on my long, very narrow private road. Thanks again!

I can not say enough great things about my experience. I honestly have never had such great service and I work in the service industry. He came quickly. Even answered the phone right away late at night. Loaded the truck up on to his flat bed, checked my flat tire. Gave me some insight/ advice. Brought me to Walmart to find a new tire and helped get it on. I’m not from the area but he was so kind and helpful. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do I’m calling him. Best service and fair prices. 10/5 stars!

I was driving on Highway 53 in the early morning. Unfortunately, my car hit a deer and was seriously damaged. National Rental arranged Countryside Towing to pick up my car, but did not send payment information right way. I called Mike to dispatch early and he accommodated my request before receiving the payment infor. Within half an hour, Mikes truck arrived on site. After he loaded the damaged car, I told Mike I might had lost my wallet on the roadside while I was inspecting my car. I asked Mike if he is willing to drive slowly and search for my wallet on the other side of the highway 53. He agreed to help me. After about 10-15 min, Mike told me"Here it is！”。 I was shocked as I did not see anything on the other side. Mike was very confident and he turned around at the next exit. Two minutes later, we did find my wallet still laying on the roadside. It is amazing! Mike got sharp eyes! Thank you so much! After finding my wallet, Mike drove me to Duluth airport National Rental station and helped me to unload my luggage and other stuff. Countryside Towing provides the best towing services! I highly recommend Mike as towing service provider and as a good person!

Mike took great care of my car! Needed an alternator replacement but didn't have the means to extract a severely rounded bolt. Very dedicated and hard-working for his customers, I can tell. He even personally pointed out a few areas of concern for future repairs and some advice on how to carry it out myself. All around a great experience. I highly recommend his services.
