Boss man failed my emissions twice and never told me what I needed to do in order to pass it. Went to another shop the same day after that second failed test, and they passed with no problem.
Do not trust this shop. Even if you ask for a complete quote. They will give you a lower than you expect price. Then "Recommend" double the price in addition to the original quote. If you don't agree then they refuse to do the work. Completely unprofessional.
Horrible customer service. Refusal to work with the customer in getting solutions. They said it was a liability to touch my cellphone and/or read the email off my phone from the dmv.
Always able to take my car within a day or 2 from when I call. Fast and efficient, Fixes the problem quickly. Highly Recommend
I had trailer tires mounted/balanced. There were no balance weights on one of them and only an old one on other wheel. They said to bring them back and they would check. Of course they hadn’t balanced them. I asked for some compensation for my time and trouble ($20). He said he couldn’t do that. I told him I would not be back and would pass the word to others to not go there. Absolutely ridiculous that a tire/auto place failed to balance.
