There were some issues with the state system and then their internet but they got me in quickly once it was cleared up. So simple. Much appreciated! Thank you!

I would be very careful using this place for repairs. Very shifty and questionable practices. Took in for repairs and more issues came about immediately after. Very high cost and not fixed properly. Now I have more repairs… I wouldn’t trust this place. Taking business elsewhere!

Like a previous review I had a horrible!! experience just to get an emissions test. I've never been there before. Park out front and wait for a previous customer to finish. I ask guy behind desk " Do you do emissions testing?" Him- are you parked in front of sign for emissions? Me- no..where is it. Him- "On side of building" Me-" Okay..do I park and bring my keys and paperwork back" Him- "No you wait" I find the sign and wait...nobody shows. Look in shop nobody around. Walk back up front and explain nobody is around. Him- "You wait!" Me- 'But how much longer?" Him- "You wait!" The SAME guy finally comes out 10 minutes later and starts chastising me about patience. He tells me to start my truck and I look at him like now what. Wags a finger as to move and keeps up with the patience thing. I tell him I'm not going to argue just do my emissions. I'm not used to your process I always used Newsome Chevy He then tells me I have to get used to his way of doing things because that's the way it is. I said don't worry because after this I'll never be back. Then he unplugs the tester before finishing and tells me to leave and never come back again. LOL like that would ever happen. DON'T USE THIS PLACE!! No customer service and you have to be a mind reader. Wish I'd listened to Debbie's review.

I visited for an emissions test. The person who came to the counter verified that I was parked in the designated parking space for that service and then told me to wait in my car. That's it. No other explanation. I waited 45 minutes with no contact. Then I called Krueger's Auto Tech & Tire Center, as I knew they also did emissions testing. They said they could help. It took me 5 minutes to drive over there, and 5 more minutes for them to do the emissions test. AND they were friendly!! I'm impressed with Krueger's Auto Tech & Tire and will never visit Grand Motorsports and Service again.
