I was able to get a same day appt for an estimate after someone backed into my car. The estimate was quick and Troy explained exactly how things would be repaired, and the process of dealing with insurance. Highly recommend.

There were too many issues to even being listing. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Avoid if possible. Customer service was also atrocious.

The folks at Gerber Collision in La Crosse went above and beyond to help me out of a bind. My car got totalled and towed. The staff were very understanding about the situation and offered to help in anyway they could, even a lift to rent a car so we could be on our way!

They are polite and informative. They are fixing our car that got rear ended. It is taking longer than usual due to supply chain issues, but they are keeping us informed.
