Great Customer service. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Dylan was the operator and even tho I was in a rental truck, they truly treat your vehicle like it’s theirs. I would definitely use them for any tow or mechanical needs! Great family ran business! A++++! In my personal opinion any of the bad reviews on here are cause people didn’t have the money or knowledge to fix anything.

Dude was a rockstar came out in a snow storm to tow my set of doubles 100+ miles at 330am in a ice/snow storm. Very fast and professional! Highly recommended!!

This is my first google review because I rarely have amazing enough services to write a review but this place earned it. I brought my 13 Escape to dels with my muffler hanging down off my car and then entire bottom of my vehicle rusted front to back. I scheduled the appointment to get a quote and a couple days later called to schedule for my car to be fixed. I dropped it off the day before my appointment so they would have it Friday morning and it was done the same day at 5pm! I couldn’t be more happy with my service and how polite they were and how quickly they were able to fix my vehicle! I will 100% take my car here again and again and again! Thanks guys! You’re doing a fantastic job!

Del’s is the ONLY place that I take my vehicles to. I have used their services for many years and have yet to be disappointed. Fair, HONEST and friendly is the best way to describe the people at Del’s Sevice.

I left my car with Del's at 8am when they opened for issues with starting my car. I even made it easy for them to figure out the problem and told them it was likely the starter, solenoid, or relay. They closed at 5pm the same day and didn't call me to update on where they were with the car. It would have been nice, no, expected that they had the courtesy to tell me they would keep my car overnight. I had to call THEM the following morning to figure out what was going on with my vehicle after 24 hours! I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car and that everyone had tried multiple times starting my car and had no issues. They said they would need another hour or so to run some more diagnostics on it. I came in three hours later after not being contacted after the last call and they still were "diagnosing" it. Lo and behold, they told me the starter was junk. After 28 hours, I got told what I already knew and was charged $55 for it. They gave me a quote to repair it, but at that point I took it home. At the rate they were going, it would have taken them at least a week to actually fix it. While I was in the process of getting my car back, I was also rudely interrupted by a 5 minute phone call that apparently took priority over me. Once again, no courtesy whatsoever. They gave me the impression they had forgot about me, so if you're reading this I'd suggest you forget about going there. I've been to several different mechanics and have never come close to having as bad an experience I've had at Del's.

My car broke down on a Saturday and wouldn't start while I was out of town, and Del's was recommended to me by a few people as being a fair, honest, reliable shop to go to. They were right! They diagnosed my car right away on Monday and fixed the issue the next day. While doing the oil change I also requested they identified another issue with my car and fixed it before it became a costly repair and possibly dangerous for me. This issue had been misdiagnosed by 2 other shops, and Del's explanation of what was wrong made perfect sense with what was going on with my car! Tha k you so much for taking care of my car quickly and reasonably!!
