Use any other place but here. Horrible and rude customer service. So disappointing. A few years ago I utilized their services and had a positive experience but recently, at the beginning of August I chose them as a company for repairs again and it’s now December and not a single repair has been made to my vehicle despite them having the check for the repairs since August. Each week I’ve been promised the repairs will be made and still to no avail. I even dropped my car off for promised repairs just to be called back 2 days later for them to say they actually do not have the parts. The lady who answers the phone, Angie? Says we can use a different company if we’d like as a response to our disappointment on the phone. Tonight I said I’d like to utilize a different company and to please return the insurance check to them, without any response, she hung up the phone. She has to be one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had a customer service interaction with. It’s so sad to meet someone like that in a career field that is usually assisting people through a hard time.
