This is an excellent shop, staffed by considerate and helpful people. We were passing through when a semi threw a rock into one of our windows. Brenengen took us in late on a Friday afternoon and patched us up quickly and effectively to get us to our destination. If I lived nearby I would absolutely use them for my vehicle repairs.

Called ahead of time to check for availability for an estimate. I was told to come in, and it wouldn't be an issue. Showed up a little later and was told to come back in a week because they were booked. Can't imagine what leaving your vehicle there would look like.

Awful customer service. Unfriendly, vague, and plain rude. Brought my Cadillac in to potentially paint the entirety of the car, or the bumper depending on prices. My first bad experience with them was this spring, I came in for an estimate to get my car painted, as I love it and it has a couple chips in the paint nearly everywhere on the car. When i brought it in, the salesman started to laugh at the fact that I even brought it in. I showed him the spots I wanted done, and made it clear I wanted to do the entire car clear coated, or just the bumper depending on his opinion, to which I got another laughing response. At this point, I’m being beyond disrespected, so I cut him off and tell him I’ll take my business elsewhere. 2nd bad experience was about a month ago, where I was told wait times after an accident with a raccoon would have to wait almost 2 months (once again, being snarky on the phone). They tell me nowhere in the area could get me in sooner, so knowing how they are, I called their bluff. Got my car in 2 months earlier than I would have here at caliber collision, and had nothing but amazing customer service there as well. If I could give these guys negative stars I could. If you’re in the la crosse area, do yourself a favor and go to caliber even if it’s a little extra drive.

I can not say enough good things about Brenengen collision, from the moment I called them after our jeep was hit till I got it back they were great with communication by letting me know where we where at in the process. They had a quote over to me shortly after the vehicle showed up on there lot so we could get the ball rolling right away. As for the work done, they nocked it out of the park and went above my expectations. The jeep looks way better then I ever could have imagined have being as bad as it was after the accident. Thank you Brenengens for taking our bad situation and making it a whole lot easier to deal with. There's a reason I came to you and will continue to come do you with my body work needs.

Great work from kind people. Over the past 12 years, we've brought three vehicles in for repairs and touchups. Brenengan's has always done the work on time, on budget and like new. The prices are good so they are busy. I recommend them to friends.
