Excellent service!!! The receptionists are knowledgable and courteous, the repair work thorough and professional, the facility is clean and welcoming, and they provided a loaner car! Marc's deserves its 100 star rating! :)

The staff is so friendly and I love that they have both men and women working with clients. I also like how they send me a review of what they found with pictures and then rank which jobs are most important to do now and which can be postponed if needed.

Replace starter, fix leak in tire. Good service overall, but charged $30 to fix a leaky tire. They replaced the valve stem, but as I determined later, the leak was out the side of the tire. So they did a poor job of diagnosing the leak in the tire and didn't actually fix it.
I took my wife's Mercedes in for a transmission fluid flush and an oil change. After a day the mechanic discovered that he could not perform the service. They were very apologetic and even paid for the oil change. I was greatly disappointed although, appreciated the honesty. I would absolutely return. By the way, they also gave me a loaner car to use while the car was in the shop.
Friendly, fast and reliable service! They did a great job inspecting the vehicle and fixing a bushing that had been knocked loose. They gave me a loaner car for the day, which was convenient.
Always very friendly, they do a fantastic job!!
