This is an overdue review of an excellent experience I had last summer with some routine body work on my vehicle, including replacement of the front grille. The manager at Caliber, Todd White, went the extra mile for me by taking the replacement grille to a third party to have it covered in dark vinyl to match the color of the rest of the vehicle and then provided it to me at cost along with the rest of the work they did. The overall experience was quite positive.
Very professional service from start to finish. Welcomed by Sue that was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Our service person was Harry and he took very good care of us and our suv. Excellent communication so we knew what was happening every step of the way. Highly recommend this shop to anyone. They even worked with our rental car company so we could leave the rental there. If you are looking for an honest body shop this is it.

I got rear ended and needed some work done. The insurance company sent me to Caliber. From my initial call with them, everyone was great. Very informative about the process and what it would look like for me. I scheduled the estimate and right away scheduled the repair. Everything was great! Didn't expect my car to be cleaned afterwards so that was a nice surprise ☺️

No one wants an extra chore in life, but Caliber made this experience very easy and peaceful. I appreciate them and wish customer service was this excellent everywhere.
