Caliber Collision in Mt. Pleasant was ready and able to meet my needs in an unexpected incident involving my car while visiting from out of state. The time frame with work needed done was exceptional!-Quality Service! Other area businesses had a time frame of almost 30 days out before repairs could possibly start. If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of respect, the condescending attitude, the refusal to admit faulty work was done. Zero integrity from Mark. He knows I have PTSD from combat, I tried to walk away because I was getting upset that he was insinuating another shop had worked on my car after I picked it up. I have dashcam that proves my car hasn't even been near another body shop or anyone with a buffer. I tried to tell him you don't follow a combat vet when they're walking away from you upset, and he continued to press the issue that someone else worked on my car and follow me screaming at me to come back, I'm an adult and disabled combat veteran, if i need to walk away, i can do that. I have it all on dashcam, completely unprofessional and zero integrity. Avoid this location at all costs!! I have contacted corporate and so has my insurance rep. Disgraceful treatment, believe the other 1 star reviews and everyone who has 4-5 probably didn't notice the shoddy workmanship. My driver side window doesn't even roll up all the way, but ofcourse they didn't do that either, "it was like that before"... even though you can clearly see the stamp from the window manufacturer is lower than the rest. Compound everywhere but ofcourse"another shop must've done that". Again just zero integrity.

Worst place ever ask them to not wash my car they washed it anyway and now there are scratches all over my car because they didn't rinse their sponges. They were supposed to do some fixes on my car and did not do them properly. They lost all my expensive air valve caps and cut corners on top of having it for a month. Then there were hidden expenses that were not discussed that I had to pay in order to pick my dang car up. BTW this was not just an everyday car. It was a race car and if they handled a fancy car that way I'd like to see what they do with your daily driver. They just made problems on top of problems. Now I have to take it to another place to have it fixed. All the money I've had to waste on a rental. What a waste of time.

Caliber fixed our car after a slight mishap with a basketball hoop. They kept us informed during the entire process, and the car was done relatively quickly and before the estimated finish date. When we picked the car up, not only did the work look great, but the car was cleaned! Would highly recommend this business!
