Avoid at all costs. Very negative experience here. Scheduled my brake light switch to get fixed and dropped off car as directed. Called when car was supposed to be ready and spoke to the owner who had no idea what I was talking about, and seemed really put out. Apparently the employee I spoke with was out sick, so it wasn't repaired. The owner wasn't able to help due to his bad back. Ok. But then he states he's had a note with my name and phone number on it since Monday, but had no idea why my car was there. Now my choice was wait several days until the other employee returned, or come get it, with a by now very dead battery in cold and snow. Why didn't anyone call me Monday, or any other day, to let me know? Why just leave me waiting, thinking my car was being repaired? This is what I'm upset about. We got into an argument and he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. He couldn't care less. I called back and he said come get your car. I had to then make several calls to get help getting it jumped and moved. Thankfully another shop nearby was able to help, and even went to get it for me. God Bless that kindness. Stay FAR away from this place. It's a shame, the original employee I spoke to was very nice.

I've been using Jeff Crom for auto repair since we moved to Glidden about four years ago. He has always done an outstanding job and goes out of his way for his customers. I highly recommend Jeff for any mechanical work that might be needed for your vehicles. His work and pricing is the best that I've found anywhere around here.
