Great customer service and great job on my car.
This is the only place that I take my cars too. Their prices and customer service are great. They're friendly and very accommodating. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for service for their vehicles.
Never again with these hacks. Car was in multiple times with a oil leak. Took it somewhere else after there J&R 3rd failed attempt and they laughed at the amount of rtv on the timing chain cover so yeah avoid this place at all costs
Broke down on the HWY. Had it towed to J & R. They got it diagnosed and fixed. I'm back on the road. Always happy with their service. I get both my cars fixed with them.
J & R Auto Service, Inc became our favorite auto repair business in 2000 when my job had me out of town often and we needed their expertise immediately in many cases. They always came through for us. We have been loyal ever since and have sent many people their way in the past 21 years.

Very very very friendly service, very quick scheduling, good quality work, and they’re not at all pushy like some shops can be. I like that they will text when the work is done or if something comes up, and the next day or two they’ll reach out to verify everything’s running smooth with the vehicle.
Phenomenal service. Katie and crew are awesome and get to the vehicle on appointment day unlike others in the area. Never pushing work that’s not needed, friendly staff, and repairs done right the first time. Always go above and beyond expectations which is appreciated. The follow-up messages are nice as well to verify vehicle is running great after the repairs.
I’m pleased. They did just what I asked with a fair price.

I did not have an appointment and I was told to come right in. I arrived in 10 minutes. Katie installed windshield wipers so fast I didn't have a chance to read one page of my book in their waiting room. Thanks Katie!!!!
J&R Auto have professional and knowledgeable staff who has serviced all our vehicles. They give us a diagnosis and a quote before starting on the work. The job is always finished on time. They go above and beyond always. I would highly recommend them.
