First off VERY DISAPPOINTED in the work they have done! Its so many issues with my review I can’t write it all down, but heres just a few. 1.) I was told 2weeks they would be done with my car ended up being 5/6weeks i was without a car and way to work longer than expected. 2.)Then I finally get my car from them and it’s scratches, dents and dings everywhere. 3.) The paint job was done so sloppy they had red paint where it was visible and not wanted smh. 4.) My bumper was not put back on properly when i came to pick it up, so they tried to convince me to buy a new one without telling me the old one was no good. 5.) i had my car painted on 11/19/22 and as of 03/23 its showing paint peelings and chips already! Smh 6.) once i was angry about the job I confronted the shift manager and he was getting slick with me and very unprofessional. So i then ask to speak with the head boss and he proceeded to fix all my issues with apologies, wasn’t enough. So i told them i would take my issues to the bbb and report there location. So then i was offered a new windshield for my car because it had a crack in it before dealing with them. 2/10 i would NOT RECOMMEND this location what so ever. $1,580.00 was all a waste of money! Very disappointed in the outcome of my dodge charger. I didnt take many pictures but i did take a few just to show them my frustration!

I came for a free estimate and was refused. He looked at the car and said it's because the car has sentimental value I'm able to spend $9000 on car. Your loss.. Ignorant rep in Menomonee falls WI..

May 24, 2023The customer came to us for estimate on a car that is by our opinion a total loss and therefor was not eligible for a repair. We have to follow certain guidelines in regard to safety and integrity. This is always a high priority for our organization. We strive to help any customer that requires our services and will do so with integrity. When anyone who comes to us with a need we always will try our best to answer the call. In some cases it is not possible.
