Had my car fixed there a few times good quality people the only place I go to now
Jeff and his team are great, they are very responsive, honest and fixed my brakes with short notice. They are the only shop I go to for all car issues.
It’s been quite a mess! I gave my Volvo for Diagnostics, kept for a day and gave it back saying to come back next week. I gave it back, charged for Diagnostics, told that would apply for the service and gave an estimate, saying I can’t do anything on Check Engine light when I gave the vehicle for it. *Also, told Milwaukee Tool Employees get 10% discount” Said the car needs Tie Rods and gave an appointment that next week. I took the car, and waited till evening, handed me back the vehicle with left wheel pointing right, right wheel pointing left he told that may need wheel alignment (which he doesn’t do), which hasn’t been told initially. And charged me the full amount initially and when I asked about the diagonal fee, he reduced is but charged tax twice, when I asked on the 10% discount. He told he already gave thinking that I am an illiterate. I was like “We are done” but ended up paying way more than what I am supposed to pay with a crooked car left. I had to drive that car for next 40 miles to home and take appointment next week in another shop. Three weeks time spent on a Check Engine Light trusting this guy!

Jeff and his guys are great to work with! Reasonable and quick with their work
