Blew a tire and then the spare and was stranded 30 min from shop. Got a friend to get me and the original tire and the next morning I brought the tire and rim in and got repaired and they helped with their mobile service and installed the new tire at no cost.. Literal life savers and I am beyond grateful and thankful!

They were willing to pick up my vehicle at my home for no cost! They even dropped it back off after it was done and washed my vehicle. Thank you Summit Ford!

There are still good people in this world! So very thankful and appreciative of a random stranger! Broke down after work with a flat in the dark and cold. Slowly made my way to the kwik trip in Beaver Dam. Joel happened to see me pull slowly in and offered his help. He saved me!!!! He happened to work across the street at Summit Automotive. They were closed, but he had access to get all my information, a loaner truck to get me home and set-up me up to get tire fixed. I can't say enough about the customer experience I received from that cold wisconsin night a few nights ago, to picking up my finished car today! Thank you Joel, Brooke and all the service department at Summit! I'm so thankful 🙂

Your typical scummy dealership. My mother bought a 2016 Ford Explorer from this dealership. A few months later, the head gasket blew. She had bought a warranty through the dealer. The dealer replaced the motor under the warranty ($200 deductible) which was okay,...until we got it back. We were told to our face "We got a brand new battery for you through the warranty insurance" took their word for it and went home. About a week later the car is hesitating to start. Checked the battery date, it's still the old battery! (Also tested voltage) The car is also leaking oil slowly after the repair. How low do you need to be to lie about work through warranty insurance or anything at all for that matter??

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I guess the locals already know to not go here, I just wish that we knew that before we wasted our money. Not only did they not fix the problem, they missed a bunch more problems. We tried to go to another shop in town, but they refused to touch any vehicle that had been to Ford Summit because they are that bad. We drove to another city 40 minutes away to find someone who could fix the issues, and thankfully they had it done quickly and for a better cost. Summi Ford has a system check....and let me tell you, they did not do it. Not only that but the gentleman that answered the phone said he was not a technician and it would take a week or two for a technician to even talk to me on the phone. Then when I asked him to tell me what each of the things they check are....he Googled it. Googled what their checks are. One of the things (not the issue we went for) they check are the windshield wipers. They 100% did not because they were getting bad before we went in, and they said nothing about it. So I know they did not do this checklist. All in all, the check engine light should not go back on the same day we just had the issues "fixed". I really wish it was a better experience, but we were traveling, needing to keep our kids safe, and they just did a bad job. It put the entire family at risk of more issues on the road. Do better, Summit. Please.

Hello Sam, we appreciate you reaching out. When you arrived with your vehicle we had found several misfire codes in the system. We pulled a spark plug and found it was bad. We also found a bad air flow sensor. We recommended replacing these to make the engine run smoother. After the repairs were completed, you guys left with no CEL and the car was running well. After driving for a while the CEL came back on. We then scheduled an appointment to get another look. The new codes in the system were for catalytic converter efficiency and unrelated to the first visit. This is not something that would be found on a multipoint inspection. This is found by diagnosing the trouble codes that are present and these codes were not present during the first visit. I had a very positive experience with Gabriel in sales. He was responsive and communicated very well. I was also impressed with their used truck selection—I needed an F-250 or bigger for my RV. I’ve never owned a Ford before, or a pickup truck and I’m glad I found Summit.
