DQA has been our mechanic for years, and they have always been outstanding. Mike is very patient with all of my questions, and even lets me know when I can fix something myself. It says a lot about a business when they are comfortable with that, and with making recommendations for other businesses, too. Doug's is an honest, reliable business, which is increasingly rare these days.
Always provide great service at a good price. I recommend them highly.
I have lived in Burlington for 6 months and had no idea where to take my poor dead car. Called in the morning, dropped her off at noon and by 4 she was ready to go with a brand new battery. Fair pricing, fast serve and hysterical voicemail. As a woman it’s always scary to take the car in b/c I know they will find at least a few things that need repair or the car will blow up in 15 seconds or I find a day later that something does. I feel confident that I will take her back when needed. Glad Doug’s is around the corner.

Once again I feel so grateful that I live close to this business! Amazing service and Doug communicates about everything that is going on! I had to be towed and it was effortless!! Thanks once again Doug and staff!! You’re always busy and for good reason!!!
Worst experience ever. Liars thieves and bullies. Took my money and never fixed my brakes. Then told me to f off when I had to go back for the 3rd time because my Chinese calipers had warped again.
