Been waiting since 12/27/23 for ONE single part. Regularly called (at minimum once a week). Told every time to call back in an hour or they'd call me. NOT ONCE did I get a call back. They happily took my money for a part I'm still waiting on. Asked for refund. Told supervisor would contact me back. It's been 8 days. Do NOT use this buisness. I'm a patient person. They cannot give me an ETA on part. No explanation on where it is or when I can expect an ETA. "It's ordered." "It's shipped. " Other repair companies in my experience have fixed a nearly totalled car on a newer car in half the time I'm waiting for a part to even show up. I repeat- do not get scammed by them. I've haf to dispute charge with credit card at this point. God help a person that pays cash.
Mic did an amazing job helping with my vehicle. Great job and great personality Awesome Customer service skills.
