Layla is amazing. I have had several questions on a couple of our cars the past 2 weeks and she has gone above and beyond to help. She is an invaluable member of the service team. Special shout out to Chris in financing as well. I had questions regarding warranties and he left no stone unturned. Absolute top notch service from both of them and so very appreciated!
Daniel Erickson is fantastic. We only buy or lease from Napleton Toyota because they have the best service team.

Return visit to service after not great experience 18 mo. ago. Pleasant surprise ! Greeted and taken care of within moments of arrival by Coley who kept me informed and promptly let me know when service was complete. Seems the service area has taken on a new commitment to customer service ! Coley is a good example of great customer service . I will be back for future service !

He always takes the best care of our vehicles in managing their service and is absolutely a professional...so easy to work with, a great communicator, so kind and patient, and is looking out for what's best for us in terms of cost, maintenance, etc. He goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to advocate for his customers and we will always have our vehicles serviced by him.
