Caliber Collision has done one remarkable job on our car…..What an Awesome,Amazing,Fantastic job they did who CLEANS DASH BOARD all the WINDOWS was CLEANED rug was VACUUM the body was SPOTLESS CLEANED it looked as if it was BUFFED….We was SHOCKED….STAFF AND RECEPTIONIST is TRULY VERY COURTESY….. If I ever have to take my car to a body shop it would be Caliber Collision on Lincoln Ave .there’s one by my house but went here EXCELLENT CHOICE a truly GREAT TREMENDOUS JOB the vehicle looked like it came from a showroom. RECOMMEND !

Wonderful communication the whole way. Let me know it might take awhile for parts to come in. Parts actually came fast and repairs were completed fast. Let me know what was the status of my car every couple of days. Answered all questions I had. Got car back faster than I thought and it looks as if nothing ever happened to it

It was a wonderful experience. They were kind, and courteous. Eric was so thoughtful and understanding about what had happen to my vehicle and gave me assurance that they can make my truck look good again. They did! Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on my car. I got the car back when expected. They promised that I should probably have it by Thanksgiving.... and that's what happened. Thank God! The only reason for four stars is I have to go back to have another part put back in. When they ordered...they received the wrong part....twice. The customer service was great & the girls at the front desk were friendly as well. 😊

A rock blew out of the bed of a dump truck and took a chunk out of the hood of my car. I took it to caliber collision and they were fantastic! Got my car done in a timely manner and did an amazing job. Customer service was great! Couldn’t have asked for better!

The staff were friendly and communicated updates in a timely manner. My vehicle was repaired quicker than expected and very clean upon pickup. They provided me a ride to the rental car agency and then returned the rental car for me after I picked up my vehicle. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

This place was so wonderful helping my elderly mother in law get her car fixed. Andrew was so helpful throughout this process. He explained everything to her so she could understand it. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. He made this process hassle-free. We will definitely be coming back to this shop and recommending them to our friends and family.
