This is an update from my original review!! After it was brought to the attention of Caliber Collision and my insurance agent that my vehicle was covered in paint over spray, Caliber Collision did in fact clean my vehicle. Well, attempted to....and somehow made it worse! It seemed as though they took a damp rag and just everything wiped down, leaving these chunks of white crusted all around my infotainment screen, all the vents and the speedometer cluster. The worst part is there is a burn in my carpet on the driver's side. I do not smoke, My car has never been smoked in, nor do I let anybody smoke in my car! EVER! This is by far the most infuriating and upsetting issue, as now when I try to resell my car, it looks as though a smoker owned it! The only reason for two stars is because they attempted to fix the issue, but somehow made it worse! I'm at the loss for words. I guess it's my fault for setting my standards too high thinking that they would make sure everything was absolutely perfect before returning to me considering the inconvenience and loss of wages as I had to take off work to deal with all this and extra monies incurred to have my car properly cleaned. (As I was charged extra due to whatever was trusted in my vents had to have special attention, tools, time and a different chemical to remove said white chunks) (This was my first review, as I said I would update if my issue was addressed, This was my second time using Caliber Collision. The first time was wonderful that's why I returned, this time however left much to be desired. While all of my damages were fixed, when I picked up my car they simply handed me the keys and I went on my way. Nobody walked around the vehicle with me going over what they fixed. When I got inside of my vehicle there is this dust over everything. EVERYWHERE! I feel like they rushed my repair and they couldn't even take the time and consideration to wipe down all of the dust that was created and landed on the inside of my vehicle and dash. However, they did put a paper liner on my All-tech weather floor liners in my car. So I guess they protected my already protected floor but disregarded the rest of the vehicle? What about all the dust that is in my vehicle that I'm inhaling whenever I turn the climate control on!?
